Acceptance by Klarna is subject to their own checks.
Applicable taxes (eg VAT) will be added on confirmation of your address on the payments page.
NOTE The only other payments required are your monthly subscription of £79 plus VAT per month. This covers support and hosting for up to 10k users a month. These start only once you have published your first issue. You will be alerted in Admin when to sort this.
